Heya guys! I saw RH again!! I’ve seen him ATLEAST 30 times. Hes rlly boring. Here are some pics i took of him:

Hi!

I use Snagit 8 as my editing program which also does that! And if you would like to add speech bubbles to videos, use Power Director 6.
